SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment errors will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. However, If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges do apply to ship your order out again. We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the mailing organization.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return for store credit or exchange.
All returns must be received to Kwamboka within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
To return an item, please email kwamboka_ke@outlook.com with the subject line: “returns: order number” to express your particular issue and receive instruction on how to return. *Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and restocking fees for returns due to customer error in item selection, sizing, color, or shipping address.
There are no cancellations. Once an order is placed and payment is sent there can be no cancellation.
